Clean Eating

I've been trying to keep myself in clean eating but not fully succeed. In the condition of some shortage such as no good fridge to keep my food fresh, living in this country limited to get the ingredients need in the recipe, spare time to shop grocers and cook etc. But lucky enough I managed to find some ingredients that I need to kick start my clean eating journey, it is still in trying process and hope I can succeed and able to make more different food for my daily meals.
What I am doing now is changing my eating habits. Take the advice from the sites I've seen to eat frequently which takes at least 6 meals a day. Try to have clean food/organic food. All natural food such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains and more on the list. I am still not good at this but at least trying and doing some research, readings to gain more knowledge.
To keep a healthy lifestyle you need to start with your diet, your workout, your living style. It is hard in here but should be able to do it if there is determination. Let me share some of the sites I've been reading, the info I get from as well as motivations.
Clean Eating websites:
Clean Eating Magazine - http://www.cleaneatingmag.com/minisite/ce_index.htm
Health Magazine - http://www.health.com/health
Workout websites:
BodyRock TV - http://www.bodyrock.tv (I love Zuzana's body and I'm going work hard to get it!)
Jillian Michaels - http://www.jillianmichaels.com/ (she is cool and hope I have a trainer like her :P)
Books I wish to have but still unable to find it here:
1. The Eat Clean Diet: Fast Fat-Loss that lasts Forever! by Tosca Reno
2. Master Your Metabolism: The 3 Diet Secrets to Naturally Balancing Your Hormones for a Hot and Healthy Body! by Jillian Michaels and Mariska van Aalst
3. Making the Cut: The 30-Day Diet and Fitness Plan for the Strongest, Sexiest You by Jillian Michaels
Diet websites: (updates)
1. http://www.prevention.com/cda/homepage.do
2. http://www.theotherwhitemeat.com/
3. http://www.thegreennut.org/index.html

Count Your Calerories:

There are many more good websites out there. You can always google it when I have my time. Now everyday follow Zuzana's workout every morning or night before I sleep. Not follow exactly but at least something I work on it by just 10-15 mins short workout. I wish I have more time and do more. I wish to have my workout journal one day and see my success story. Wish myself good luck and gotta kick my butt moving!! Let's do it together with me! I can do it..you can do it! ;)) GOOD LUCK!
