Hang Out @ Souled Out

Last Friday Stephannie said to have hang out together. So just call some of them from Vialentino community to come out meet at Souled Out. As you know I went there after class. Before arrive there thought of have some light food and just a juice. Never thought of drink any alcohol since I stopped for so long. More than 2 years I think. But Steph keep asking me beer or wine. duh. OK lar since long time only come out once like this then mar just drink a bit. We ordered Kilkenny. Sorry no Stout...which I used to drink.
This is the Kilkenny look like. It is better than beer but if got stout better. But Steph doesn't like it. I tried this before when I used to hang out at Laundry. OK mar. The Dunhill not mine yeah. I don't smoke :p I had total 2 cups of this...one treated by Uncle Johnson. hehe. Thanks! because he was late so we just wut him buy us one round. hiak. Aiyoh tell you guys...now I can't drink anymore lor. After 2 cups of Kilkenny I felt high high dei liao. So fast. If last time still boleh tahan one. Die lor..easily get drunk if like this. Nah...don't think of make me drunk if you got chance! sob sob.

As usual some of us will bring camera out. Nothing to do besides drink and chat. so we also take photos la. All are blogger what. haha. Here some pics taken that night.

Nothing special or occassion to hang out. Just another chill out night. I had wee wang wang after got home but not straight to sleep till 3am. hiak. mind me :p

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

This month I have BStep replacement on Tuesday very early morning 7:15am in YF Centro Klang. yeah very eary hoh. I have to wake up at 5:30am leh. Lucky just for this month. haha. Really beh tahan to do step early in the morning. Some more the studio no aircond. stuffy till make me all sweat.

Breakfast
OK last tuesday was first day doing it. After the class wanna to have nice breakfast. Thinking the loh mee that I long time no eat. It is very nice loh mee. With more vinegar. wahhh sedap nya. Let's see the pic. The shop located at OUG new Sun Ho Restaurant. It is quite famous loh mee. Alot ppl eat one. The mee is home made one. Don't have kan sui taste. The pork with starch and it is very smooth one. The soup itself very tasty. Must try if you go there. hehe. The loh mee plus the fresh cucumber juice...very jeng! the juice very refreshing leh. Ilike.

Lunch
Some nice tarts from a small stall same as the restaurant above. The aunty selling these call Aunty Ann. All the tarts made by her husband and herself. They used to live in German. So I believe its German pastry. Below just 3 types out of many of them. There are alot different tarts..got egg tart, blueberry cheese tart etc. I don't remember all. You go there see yourself. Their tarts also selling fast.
Cream tart. Nice.Chocolate chip tart. There are many types like this. On top different flavour.Coconut tart

Dinner
It is a last minute arrangement to have dinner with Fanny and Steph. After class in Jaya33 went to The Curve. Meet them at Empress Cafe. As usual I ordered the same food...Chicken Pie. hehe. Don't know why I always order this. May be it is nice. For those havent know about the pie can see the pic below.

Other food on last Thursday & Friday.
On Thursday went Bangsar area to shop those boutiques do some market survey. After the long walk then stop at Delicious to have lunch cum dinner? around 3+pm. I ordered this. Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Percik. It is nice. Every time I went to Delicious will just had pie or salad or pasta. This time try something different. Not bad ar.
On Friday also a last minute arrangement to have a gathering for Vialentino community. Just few of us. Decided go to Souled Out. I went there after class. As usual feel hungry if in the makan place. So just order food. This is what I ate. Spicy noodle. new on their menu. Eh delicious wor. spicy some more. Very cute...all in a square thing...donno what is that haha. And Steph had squid salad. She said it is nice also.

I Saw Her

On Saturday morning...due to have something to get so went to Sunway Pyramid. It was 11am + that time. When I walked pass Voir boutique...saw someone familiar and got bunch of people around. Then I turned back and see clearly. Yeah saw her! Bernice Liu. She is so beautiful. I like her and can see her in person so happy. I at first very pai seh to take photo but don't care. Just try to snap few from far with zoom in with my camera phone. Not that clear and big enough. But better than nothing. She was there to have Embassador Autograph session in the evening. But don't know why in the store so early la. Lucky that time just few people around. After I got my things try to go back and see her again. She is about leaving the boutique. So can't take photos of her again. But she is like just walked beside me. heard her conversations with the assistants. hehe. Feel lucky.

Mango Mania

At last I tried this Mango Mania since all my friends went and recommended. Trying to go for many times but end up tak jadi. Last Friday managed to go there only with Jazz2DMax. That night out of sudden feel like having it. Since Jazz2DMax wanna go also. The environment of the restaurant comfy. I don't need to explain much since many of you visited and blog about it. Let's show what I ate that night.
Yo! Froz yogurt drink. I ordered mix flavour of Vanila and Mango. Nice. Added mango cubes also. Jazz ordered Mango flavour only.Mango burger. Quite nice. the meat home made one. something special. Bolognese Spaghetti with mango salad. Jazz ordered it.

Another Busy Cum Tiring Day

Back from Malacca trip at around 10+pm. It was superb tired. After bath...online a while then head to bed already. Because next day I gotta crawl up to go for a replacement class at 9:30am! After finished class. Rush to Hartamas Shopping Center for my very very FIRST Manicure and Pedicure. I also did nail art as well. I do this is for my one of my best friend's wedding dinner la. If not I won't waste such money for such mah fan finger nails. Know what..after done everything in about 2+ hours...yeah very long time hoh. Then I went toilet and immediately my finger nails scratched. aiseh...don't think I can carry such thing since I'm so cou lou. :p

Seem that I have a lot FIRST time for my best friend's wedding huh. Waxing and all these mani pedi...cure la. well well well...first time mar just try all la. But I do like the waxing...will do again geh. manicure wor...errr a bit waste money. haha.
Nah...this is part of the finger nails pattern...different patterns on different nails. I put it blue because my fren's wedding dinner is BLUE theme. My toe nails also blue color but no drawing. I think I know how to draw also. very simple one. If I have time will learn. hiak.

I was super hungry since morning not eating anything. The manicure only finished at 3pm. duh. So just scout around the mall see what can eat. Just right infront of the manicure salon got this sandwich bar. I saw ppl eating the sandwich looks nice. Then decided to sit down and have it while waiting for a friend to meet me for discussion.

The shop name San Terri Cafe. They sell many types of sandwiches (and others food but I didn't notice la) and also very beautiful cakes which make me wanted to try all.
This is half of the shop selling cakes...on the left is the sandwich bar. I remember was told their cakes are nice. Really beautiful and display nicely...make you wanted to try all leh.I ordered a sandwich something call ETC ...cant remember hehe. But inside with egg and bacon and some vege. The dressing you can choose ...I chose olive dressing. I think they got wasabi dressing also. Seriously it is really delicious. Selling at RM6.90. consider reasonable price la. And I ordered hot chocolate and love it. Not sweet at all. smells good also. My friend also ordered another type of sandwich and commented taste good also.Then we share this strawberry pie. There are too many choices until I don't know what to choose. So just ask my friend chose one. Delicious. If I will be there again I would like to have their sandwich and cake again.

After the discussion I rushed like mad to get back home change and to a replacement class at Taipan within an hour from Hartamas. hehe. Just a slightly late only. It's been a long time and non stop for me. KO at night.

Malacca Food Feast Trip

1st May 2008 - Labour Day aka Malacca Road Trip Food Feast

On Labour Day, we all planned very very early to have this breakaway trip to Malacca hunting for food. So everyone will not have holiday classes due to most are instructors. We some more planned what to should not missed. OK the day has arrived which we all looking forward. All gather at my place at 7am. Then start our food journey since then. 9 hungry ghost (hmmm wait...who said we are hungry ghost?) but nvm...after seeing all the food pics we had then you all will call us hungry ghosts. We've prepared our empty stomach for the food of the day! I've lost count what we had in the end. You don't surprised what we had in total! Let's start counting from the beginning together la...I'm listing every food we eat by order on that day. I won't be writing details of each food since among us already blogged it. FYI, all the pics special thanks to ahhou, jazz2dmax and wabbit. I brought my camera but lazy bring along and lazy take photos. Have theirs enough la. some more 2 new cameras around. cukup!

Food #1: Dim Sum
partially dim sum you can see here...of course we had more than these. May be start of the day we all hungry...Don't know what this call. It is like combination of char siew pau and loh mai kai. Inside some more got salty egg yolk and button mushrooms. Nice! Besides this nice their char siu pau also nice. The dim sum ok la.

Food #2: Pineapple Tart
Now only I know that Malacca also famous with pineapple tart. Almost every where we go can see these selling. Not bad.

Food #3: Cendol
First Cendol when arrived around Jonker Street. Not really nice. Too few cendol and not enough gula melaka.

Food #4: Eight Precious Cendol
As you know the name it contains 8 ingredients but I donno what all haha. But I can tell you this is the nicest cendol I had on that day. The gula melaka also a lot. Got 2 types. One is normal one with durian. both nice! Must try.

Food #5: Nyonya Nasi Lemak
I like this. The curry chicken and especially the sambal super nice. Will have it again when I visit Malacca.

Food #6: Nyonya Curry Laksa It is delicious! The curry is different what we had in KL. Must try as well.

Food #7: Lemongrass Chicken Wings
I love chicken wings. So this to me is nice as well. got lemon grass taste. I like.

Food #8: Chicken Rice
We were too full at the time we wanted to try this. We got attracted by the scent of the chicken rice. So we queued and ordered 3 persons quantity for the sake of trying. 20 chicken rice balls and a plate of chicken. So so only. Nothing special. But with the pat pou leung char cooling us down in an aircond room consider a good idea. haha.

Food #9: Cake & Coconut
2 cakes but I donno what cakes. Just tried 1 small pcs for the sake of trying. Home made cakes. Quite nice. I prefer the 2nd one. And I had the coconut drink. Help me cool off myself since it is very very damn super hot day!!

In between we stopped at Old Town Kopitiam had Peanut and Kaya Prata and Egg toast with kaya. Then we hunt for Rojak and Tai Bak but no luck.

Food #10: Tan Kim Hock Cendol (no pic)

Food #11: Popiah
I can say 2nd best of the day. I really like this popiah. Will buy whenever I go Malacca. It comes with 2 sizes. small and big. Usually I will have big one. Trust me...small ones not enough one. The ingredients inside very tasty esp with the pork lard. hehe. Must try!

Food #12: Fried Oyster (Oh Jien)
Not nice. Overall don't feel the oyster at all. Only starch. Egg also little.

Food #13: Satay Celup
The best of the day leave at the end. Our last meal of the day. Although the restaurant super hot and stuffy but we enjoyed the food. I like the most are pork meat ball, kangkung, yau char guai and the fried wan tan. nice nice nice & yum yum yum!

That's the foods of the day! We seemed ate alot but I don't feel that we stuffed ourself till our tummy bloated la. We just keep eating non stop but lucky all are in sharing basis. Not too bad. In total the food we had cost us less than RM50 each person. OK what..right?

whole back with sweat...more than I do a class. haha. You really can't imagine how hot was the day!! After the day I got sun tanned on whole back, shoulders and chest leh.
