Remember previously I was mentioned about Jam replacement class I'm worried I can't do it whole class then look for helper? Yesterday I got another replacement in taipan. I was thinking should I do it my own and ask help...in the end decided to try my best to do the whole class. No matter what I still have to go thru the process to do a class by my own. I'm proud of my class yesterday I managed to do whole class. Can see the members also can follow and enjoy it more than enough. And this afternoon started my permanent Jam class in hartamas...yeah an earlier start differ from the initial plan. did the same tracks and I managed to do it again :p yippie... i think I have no phobia to handle a class start from now.... althought got screw here and there a bit but I think it doesnt matter. I can fix it when time goes by...
Now I'm more comfortable on stage by myself...really thanks to last time did many TTs... I sincerely here to thank to Jason who gives me so many opportunities to TT with him and let me comfortable with the teaching on stage. And also thank to other instructors which I TT before. Without their help I don't think I will be who am I now. I'm glad to know everyone here to help each other and give encouragement and comments as necessary. Thank to all help me before :)
*update:
On Sat, I was so dumb dumb donno how to on the volume...lucky got previous instructor help :p then hoh...I didn't change the battery from previous class...so last half of the class without mic! dumb dumb me bleh
On Sun, lucky got a good sifu from previous class help me fix the battery and nothing blur this time...hehe. gotta learn how to adjust the volume and the mic ler.

5 ways to decode your date
Got this article from my buddy...interesting and it's so true...I should try it one day hehehe. Watch out guys!
Activity #1: Share a communal meal
Instead of choosing standard dinner fare, take your date to a place that encourages — or better yet, requires — that you share what you order, whether that’s fondue, Korean barbecue, or Spanish tapas. Suddenly, the “I’ll order mine, you order yours” rule is out the window, so you’ll get the real scoop on how well they compromise. When you suggest something exotic, does your date seem open to it or make a face, then steer you toward something else on the menu? Once the food arrives, there’s more to learn. Those who get territorial about the dish “they” wanted or seem leery of infringing on “yours” or “your half” all suggest that the give-and-take that relationships require won’t come naturally to them, warns Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of the upcoming DSI: Date Scene Investigation. The true keepers are those who will voluntarily dump the last morsel on your plate and won’t mind if you’ve double-dipped. (After all, if they can’t handle swapping a little saliva over nachos and salsa, how are they ever going to handle more intimate moments involving the exchange of bodily fluids?)
Activity #2: Play a game
Want to know how your date plays the game of life? Pit yourself against your partner in pool, ping-pong, miniature golf, or stay home and have a battle of the Xbox. As you’re playing, ask yourself: Is your date playful or serious about scoring? Does this person curse when losing or gloat when winning? “There’s nothing wrong with wanting to win, but you’ll learn a lot if your date has to win,” points out Sharyn Wolf, Manhattan psychotherapist, and author of Guerilla Dating Tactics: Strategies, Tips and Secrets for Finding Romance. If your date’s got a serious competitive streak, you’d be fooling yourself to think it doesn’t carry over to other areas—like his or her love life. “These people will see arguments as win/lose propositions, too, and they won’t quit until they’ve won,” warns Kerner. If, however, your date cheers you on when you score a point, that’s a sign of a truly supportive partner, so take note.
Activity #3: Put on your dancing shoes
The next time you’re out, consider dragging your date on the dance floor—and fear not, this isn’t about having a dance-off. In fact, seeing your date do the boogie-woogie isn’t even about the dancing; it’s about their willingness to dance in the first place. “There’s nothing that makes a person more self-conscious than dancing—especially men,” says Wolf. “If your date dances, this shows the person’s good at surrendering, at not being in complete control in front of others, and that your date is less concerned about what others will think.” Which is all good information!
Activity #4: Take a stroll
Instead of sitting down for a movie or coffee, step outdoors for a walk through a park and see what happens. Can you two keep the conversation going away from music, alcohol and people watching? “It’s life without props,” points out Kerner. See how your date can handle lulls in conversation: The longer this person can wait before filling the silence, the more comfortable your date is with him or herself—and the lower the chance that what you’re seeing is a “front” put up to impress you.
Activity #5: Go for a drive together
The next time your date offers to drive you somewhere, pay attention to how they react on the road. “Driving is very, very revealing,” says body language expert Patti Wood (pattiwood.net). “Years ago, I was on a first date with a man who’d turn left at yellow lights, and take lots of risks on the road. That told me he was a person who would always live a little on the edge.” Other insights from Wood: Lane-changers will probably always be on the lookout for someone better-looking, smarter, or richer than you. Picky parkers who always want to go around one more time to see if they can snag a closer spot probably have problems with commitment. Herky-jerky drivers who accelerate and brake so quickly they leave your stomach queasy may have poor sense of pacing in all areas of life. Plus, if you’re driving, see how they handle it—nagging that you should slow down, speed up, or otherwise do things differently is a sign this person probably won’t love you just the way you are (starting with your bad driving).

yuppie! had crab again on last Thursday on a special day with my friends. We went to the same shop we had half a year ago at kepong :p 9 of us had 3 types of crabs each 1 kg (salted egg, cheese, kam heong), taufu, marmic pork rib, thai style chicken, curry prawn in coconut shell, vege, steam fish...very full oh that night hiak hiak. the food nice. too bad we don't have stomach to try other style of crabs. but according to the restaurant we only can order 3 types at one time. Our bill cost 200+RM...not bad la. Someone belanja lagi best kakaka.

Last 2 week's Saturday
One of the Jammer who took BJam training together with me came to KL for holiday. So I try to arrange a meet up with him and others who know him. Unfortunately some of them are busy with their own stuffs. Only me, simone and claire able to make it...raymond joined later. claire was late as well. We went to izzi lifestyle restaurant located at Jln Sultan Ismail (same row as California Fitness). It is quite a big restaurant...It has 2 or 3 storeys. It can accomodate many ppl and also a lot ppl queueing. May be what attracted ppl go is bcos if u spend >100rm bill then u can get 50% discount. Quite a nice place and cozy. It has wifi zone also. The menu also look interesting...got starters, pizza, pastas, asian, steaks, salads etc...they also serve cakes and chocolate at the front counter. Another thing I checked on menu....a kid meal free if an adult order main course. This restaurant originally from Indonesia. The price range ok and cheap after discounted. FYI cake not included. the rest include. Will be there again to try other food. And if you got any party may be it's a right place also. They got party area upstairs. They got a nice comfy sofas also.
Some of our photos and food pics taken...let me show you guys....

Wave Training
Today I go kepoh on the wave training at Taipan. Quite a number of instructors join the training. Hopefully they will teach also cos at the moment teaching Wave just 4 permanently teaching including me and another one stopped teaching for some time. I used to try to get cover but non can do it. So this time hope new batch can help. Due to my unforseen working hours I might drop the Wed 6:30pm and remain 8pm class. And hopefully get a class in Jaya33 which nearer to my office so I won't be rushed. Another 2 weeks later is Body Step training...looking forward. actually the training date crashed with my work which I just got to know yesterday. But no matter how I still gotta take leave cos already paid for the training. Lucky my manager ok with it. Start on 7 May got a new partner do engagement porting Oracle to DB2 for 2 weeks. So ngam the date crashed. But still got someone else backup at the moment. and I gotta do prior installation before the engagement. So should be ok. Just first 2 days not around...hopefully I won't lost when I go back :p
First Replacement Class
I've been called up for Body Jam replacement on my first day of work. Since it's my first replacement so I just take it. But I am worry I have no time prepare and my stamina still can't able to do whole class. So I quickly get someone help to team teach with me. Lucky Farah is free to help. Thank god. Very nervous on the first replacement class leh....however it's still better with someone with me on stage. And also Tweets and Jon were there to support also. Thanks to them. Initially I thought the class not many people cos almost starting still just few people. I thought may be bcos my replacement (my name on the board) and no one will join. But surprised when the class starting many coming in. Especially some new members. Not too tense but nervous cos not really got time to prepare well. Hopefully the more I do the more comfortable I will.
Today just got to know I got a first permanent Jam class in Hartamas on Sunday :p starting next month...sob sob need to prepare for it liao!

New Job Experience
Monday
First day my job in IBM. Left my house before 8am. I've made many mistakes on this day. 1st: went to sg besi highway direction. It was traffice jam started from the exit from sri petaling. 2nd: Try detour to old klang road (cos I know from sg besi to federal highway will be jam) but seem that old klang road even worst. Move slow compare to federal highway direction. I took nearly an hour to escape from the jam. But after old klang road join to federal highway no jam. And I cut thru kerinchi link which give me a smooth all the way to 1U. 3rd: Park my car at Plaza IBM basement which hourly rate! First half day RM8 then I removed my car to 1U cost RM3. Not only parking rate expensive but I'm also bad luck....my car got 'kemek' by someone's car when I took my car at basement during lunch time :(( wanna cry liao....
First day in IBM was an orientation day. about 20+ people same started their first day. We were placed at one room to listen presentations about the company, the departments, the benefits and etc which they wan us to know. Then we had welcome lunch at Good Evening Bangkok. All presentations end around 5pm. Then they distribute ThinkPad to everyone. And we need to configure everything that needed which took another 3 hours. End up I left work at 8ishpm :(. Here many rules...many things to know especially lots of terms! And passwords as well. every single thing also need password...ids....etc etc.
My first day was very tired due to too many informations gotta know...too many things to remember. phew... However good thing is everyone are new and we have common. Know some new friends there. Oh yah...first day suppose will have a mentor to guide you...but I'm the unlucky one cos my mentor not free. And I'm the only one from IT department...the rest are from Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer fullfilment etc.... sigh...
Tuesday
Was told by my manager I gotta attend DB2 Boot Camp. Leave earlier from home. Go by sg besi highway all the way to federal highway. I don't dare to go by old klang road anymore. Park at 1U which everyone said this is the cheaper option for parking. After parked but I lost my way to walk to office. walked around and asked around...end up walked a big big circle only manage to reach. sigh. Reached office and to the floor I'm suppose to be (but I have no idea where is my workstation is due to no one bring me before). Look for my manager but she is not in yet (that time was 9am). So someone else brought me to the training room. I was blur and donno what and who...lucky got a guy from same team guide me. Then only I know the Boot Camp is 3 full days training. So my second day was lectured and do some hands on practices. My mentor took me for lunch and helping me to solve my problems and telling me what I need where to get etc. tsk tsk...too many things to know at the moment...kind of a bit lost :p. Second day parking also costly cos I didn't remove my car during lunch (forgotten and no time). Cost me RM9 leh. Heartache :(( wa wa wa wa.... fyi, plaza IBM got season parking (or u can say not bcos the parking are other tenants which not move in yet) and monthly cost RM150 per month Mon-Fri only. Kind of expensive right? but for convenience I think I'll try to get one if possible. Damn... my expensive increase! ish ish. petrol + toll + parking...wa wa wa wa!
Wednesday - Thursday
still in boot camp. This DB2 9 boot camp is once a year by international instructor. I have to attend cos my job is technical consultant on DB2. I'm in IBM Innovation Centre (IIC) which help the Independant Software Vendors (ISV) to do engagement enablement by helping to do porting to DB2 from Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and etc. So I gotta be expert in DB2 :p My job is to consult and guid them. Also need to answer questions that they ask. Most important is to get customer satisfaction for my performance...sob sob...not sure I can do it or not as now not that expert at all. Wed due to the training till quite late and forsee I'll be late for Wave class at 6:30pm so I just ask replacement and lucky got someone helped. Thurs got unit meeting from 5pm till 7ish pm...left office about 8. After so many long days working and when leaving office I feel that no where I can go and what should I do...was too tired yet feel like meeting friends. But end up went home to rest.
I was not feeling well on Thursday...had headache and sorethroat. After meeting and time to go home my head super heavy. After home do nothing and lie on the bed. I can fall asleep without knowing it. I no longer got a problem to get into sleep...because I'm too tired and not feeling well. It was long time I didn't fall asleep while doing something...now it happened again. Can you imagine how tired I am?
Friday
Everyday got to know new things and new people that I will work with. Even got someone putting pressures on me for the job I suppose need to do. I find that people in IBM really experienced and they are very technical....may be they worked long and know very well on operations...Kind of pressures cos someone expecting you should be expert as well. I've gotta more concentrate to work better. Today given a lot of stuffs to read....need to know how to get started and what should I need to do. A bit worry now but I wish I can take the challenge. If I'm successful to sustain will be no problem....Now hoping I can manage my time well between work and gym class. I'll get more classes in future....and work getting busy and need determination also... gotta justifying myself to such situations....wish me luck :)
*one thing to highlight - IBM has vending machines for free Hot Coffee, Milo, teh tarik and Cold Milo and Ice lemon tea...every floor has pantry with fridge and microwave oven :) U will love it hehehe
Now weekend...also do readings about my work. Will try to rest more and stay at home more. Need to dedicated for work more. Time to get out from comfort zone and aim for what I want.

My Last Day
Today is my last day with current company. This is the day I'm looking forward :p Is good to step out from a mess. For ur info, the co still havent hire anyone replace me...and no one for me to transfer my knowledge to only until yesterday I try to explain what I'm doing to another colleague which is not C++ expertise and not the one doing my work. sigh.... I don't wanna care la. Not my control anymore. So these 2 days busy handling over and settle whatever need to be settled.
Had farewell lunch with colleagues...just simple one la. Nothing special. In fact, I don't feel close to colleagues here except one girl. The rest just hi bye only. I don't even bother what they are doing. I'm like separate individual doing my own things and never interact with them at all. We are not doing same stuffs can said so. I also don't really like the office environment...don't give a damn to it at all. Come to work...no lunch with them...then off work as early as I can. First time I don't have feeling with the company and the colleagues....not like what I experienced before. But who cares...
OK is time to say bye bye to this company....now rushing to clean up everything and time to leave my laptop here....after today no laptop use liaoo...and gotta wait till monday to get a new one :D Wish me luck for the new job on next Monday!!! :p
**Update:
Forgot to say that even after my last day I am require to help them if they needed me. Of course I will charge for the consultation fees. And when new programmer in I have to help them to transfer the knowledge...but I'm gonna to give me some conditions. I don't wish I always get calls from them...ask to work at night...or ask to work during weekends too often...sometimes u got pay but u wish to have rest and do something else instead work on the shit which u wish to escape from right? And may be new job require my time to concentrate also...who knows...so hopefully they don't need me much but I doubt that...sigh

Eat All You Can!
Yesterday went to Bangsar Seafood Restaurant to try out their promotion where eat all you can from 1st April till end of April. Total 5 of us 4 gals 1 guy really ate alot compare to usual! wakakaka...first of all the food not bad...and we just order what we think worth to eat. They got such rules where you have to confirmed head count before you order. Even one person last minute not coming you still need to pay for that person. Secondly, you must finish all the food you ordered else you gotta pay extra fine. Every dishes you call is on head count amount. Let say you order fried rice then it will be 5 person fried rice and you cant order only for 1 person except dessert.
Basically I can't remember how many dishes we ate. Let me have a rough list out. 1 sharfin soup (only can order once), 1 egg yok crab (only can order once), 1 scallop with broccoli (only can order once), 3 types of fishes, 3 types of prawns, 3 types of vege, 1 steamed egg, 1 fried squid, 1 chinese pancake, and everyone had at least 2 bowls of desserts and myself had 4 bowls and another friend had 5 bowls! U say a lot of not?? I ate until wanna vomit liao kakaka. The food delicious but a bit salty (most of the dishes). recommend the crab, the kai lan with salty fish...basically all niceeeee and the bill cost RM43.70 exactly for each person. Not bad yoh.
Suggest you to make prior booking...if u were be there to wait for seating u might gotta wait. And keep ur stomach for the night. Just like me no lunch for the day! kakakaka
Let's see how's the food look like....emmmm towards end lazy to take pic or forgotten or rushing back la....we started at 7ish end almost at 10pm. You gotta wait for ur order for at least 20 to 30 minutes....

How to make myself sleep better?
Now as I'm writing I'm super duper sleepy. Eyes too tired to nearly close up. Lately I have a problem...which I don't sleep soundly. First hard to get into sleep even how tired I am. Secondly if I got wake up by some sound even a soft one and I will get awake and even harder to get back to sleep. My brain is like always functioning by thinking many stuffs. I get tired next day frequently. What happened? Anyway to make myself more relax and sleep more soundly?? I need it :(
I was annoyed by who disturb me from sleep. Especially those call me in the midnight at 2ish. damn...so hard to get back to sleep and especially u need it more. And during weekend if want to sleep longer also got woke by calls or sms. duh... even now wanna nap in the office also got disturb by ppl! all admins out to lunch and no one open the door...how come those ppl never thought of lunch time the person u r looking for will go out lunch meh?? I am super annoyed now...whoever near me I will marah...can't help because lack of sleep mar.
