Do I Really Have To Rest?

Just seen doctor this morning. Asked to rest for few days without workout. :( Do I really have to do so? I'll miss workout, miss the chance to practice BJam36 and miss the chance to team teach. I don't wish to!!! Actually I'm a stubborn person, if I really want to workout I will not care how pain if my leg one....now still deciding should I rest or workout tonight??? *sigh*

Listen to your body. If you feel the pain when you are working out, then you must rest, because your body is sending you warning...

ok la...most probably will rest 2nite gua...may b weekend only go back workout

Please listen to doctor suggest, else u don need to go to see doc.

If you do not rest enough now, then you will have a longer suffer later. What is the mean for that if you don't want to rest now, and later take long time to recover. Better have enough rest and later you can enjoy your workout as much as possible without any worry. Rite? rest my Shirlyn

okok I'll rest these 2 days. but yesterday beh tahan n went gym already :p nway did not do long la. :D
