If you have problem with iPhone Caller ID which not display phonebook's name for incoming calls and SMS, please follow following instructions to get things right. It is applicable for firmware 2.x and above.
Download Default.phoneformat file from below link:
1) rename it as UIDefaultFormat.phoneformat and substitute in :
System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/PhoneFormat/UIDefaultFormat.phoneformat
2) rename it as Default.phoneformat and substitute in :
System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
remember to save original files and to restart.
