I think last night played not properly until I sprain my back right thigh near buttock place... It is painful now. When I sit or walk or squad gotta make sure it is not pain. Hopefully today will get better so I can go gym tomorrow and coming days. I want to go rock climbing as well!

Yong. I have some injuries that I am still recovering from.
