Received an email from a friend regarding a promotion from a Japanese restaurant. They are having buffet lunch! Yoh...look at the pics make my saliva dripping. Are you? Wanna go? For sure I'll try it. Price not expensive also. Look at the sashimi! But the pics donno real or not. Are they really the food serving there? Have to check it out.

Wabbit

What is Wabbit? ok among our friends..but basically was from someone that dieting...this is her term. But now common to the gang. Wabbit sounds rabbit mean just eat grass la. haha. but Wabbit not so cham la..better a bit...can eat vege, fruits and meat.

So now I'm trying to wabbit as much as I can. Started last 2 weeks gua I think...but donno how many days I managed to do it? haha means I sometimes half way wabbit then night sure eat. But wabbit helps me lose some weights. I need to loose more for these 2 weeks cos my good friend's wedding coming soon. Will be one of the ji mui leh. Must look good good. Want wear nice nice dress also. Now busy searching BLUE dress as required for the theme of the day. Scratching head where to find?? any idea?

Aiyoh I tell you guys...I cannot wabbit for long la. Just last weekend I ate teppanyaki. Then following days ate even more. Rice some more! *deng deng deng* haha. I think also may be due to I got sick again. Yes...cough again since Sunday and this round worse... now still coughing once a while after taken medicine from doctor. Whenever I sick...I will crave for food one. I donno why. May be my taste bud feel no taste and my brain malfunction cannot send signal I am full :p Jong ji I need to eat la. No more wabbit for that few days.

Below is my last Friday lunch. Delicious pan mee. I went back to previous previous employer place to get back EA form then this pan mee stall just downstairs. Last time when I worked there I always eat there. Nice. And I like got more vege in it. It is located at Desa Petaling. When I bought this still think of Wabbit geh...so request more vege less mee. hehe. it is RM3.80.
Sat had teppanyaki but din take pic. Sunday dinner at Chilis. Control control control...so ordered salad...but don't look down on their salad yoh...very big big portion. Lucky more veges and it is nice (new on menu...but I've forgotten the name). So I slowly eat and manage to finish. hehe. I don't waste food...and since it is nice and just vege so finish also ok la..right? :p It will be my 2nd choice of salah in Chilis apart from Caesar Salad. I like it.
Few days ago...but actually I bought this last week. Only try to eat it few days ago. Read a lot magazines said it helps on diet. But after 2 spoons I felt *yuck* and stopped. Just throw it away. So wasted. Still got 2 more boxes in my home fridge leh. (bought 3 in a pack one). What is this?
dang dang dang dang....it is Japanese food...NATO... I dont like the taste leh. May be this frozen one not good as from the Japanese restaurant gua...looks from the pic ok...but taste no no no to me *yuck* haha
Coming Labour Day we all planned to have a break away to Melaka for nice nice food feast! Yeah...am looking forward. Can enjoy the food while having relax time. I need a break!! We already planned how many going and how many cars. Then also planned what to eat there!! geng! I think of course some of them we cant taste la. Or just share among us. Cannot eat too much...need wabbit!! else 2 days later I fat fat in friend's wedding...dont want!

Not My Day

Today my mood spoiled during lunch time. At first thought I can re-apply my ATM card from any Maybank branch. Went to nearer branch said I must go back home branch. So I thought my home branch is SS2 one. But went there they said not there. My home branch is KL Main one! aiyoh... go so many branches end up cannot do and difficult thing is have to go back KL there to do. How can I go to KL when I need to work? So tomorrow gotta take time off in the morning to settle it. If not I no more money la...anyone willing to pinjam? hehe

It's just one thing...I got more pissed is when I planned to join friend to have lunch at 1U Carl's Junior. Took me bloody about 30 minutes to find a parking! No luck at all and keep drive around to find. In the end manage to find one...reached Carl's Junior entrance...called my friend. But told changed venue *deng*... Give up!! Just simply go Jusco get something and go back office la. I used food to make myself feel better...hehe. Lucky it helps.

Another thing...Mum today did an operation to put a port in her body in order start for chemo next week. Thought no need chemo she will gets better. But the end result still have to go for chemo. Hope it helps and hope she won't suffer much from it. Worry... *pray hard*

Also today need to settle some stuffs made me very tired. Just now class also mistakes alot. Too tired. However I had nice yum char session just now after class. One of the friend cum member birthday so we arranged to go yum char. I can't do it often cos Klang is really far and I need to be home early. Good that they brought me to taste some Klang nice food. And they recommended many more which I shall try some other time for sure. Good chat and I find Klang ppl really nice. hehe. Especially the members in Y Fitness. Easy to be friend with them. They will come talk to you. Glad I am teaching there.

Potong Steam

Last night during the Body Jam class at Taipan I was teaching the class towards the end of the tracks and getting high with the members...who knows suddenly no sound. I thought my ipod no battery but impossible...I fully charged it. Then checked it is the whole sound system off. Allah... donno what is happening check and check cannot on it back. So the members no choice gotta stop there and leave la. So potong steam leh. Cannot resume also. Later ask the GXC checked and cause by electricity tripped. It was first time happened like this in my class. haha. hope no next time. So no shiok!

One more thing. I find myself very geng! May be old already. Short term memory lost. If I don't go ATM I won't know about it! Yeah...I lost my ATM card....and it happened a night before :p. Why it happened? I deposit cash using my ATM card and forgotten to take it out lorrrr... Not the first time liao! First time was lucky pick up by bank's security guard and returned to bank. Then the bank returned it to me. But this time unlucky la! think someone picked it up. Last night managed stopped the card. Have to re-issue the card and pay penalty...aiyo...so careless. What to do? orang tua macam ni la sob sob

My Lunch

Went to MOMO japanese restaurant at Centre Point, BU for lunch with a friend. Suppose wanted to go on Monday buy my friend can't make it. Jap food again. I am crazeee with jap food these few days. Spent too much on it and ate too much. But I'm satisfied! It's quite some time didn't go to MOMO for the bento. Their bento menu are nice. And according to my friend the teppanyaki better than terriyaki.
Friend ordered Chicken Terriyaki + sashimi combo set.I ordered Beef teppanyaki + sashimi combo set. Their chawan mushi so far I tried is the best. Smooth and really really nice. The beef teppanyaki delicious. The sashimi looks like not so fresh today but it was nice as well! hehe. Don't want tell how much and you guess :D Can say reasonable price for a bento.

Here gone my WABBIT plan for past few days!!! Must start it again tomorrow. MUST MUST MSUT :p p/s: hope I really can so determine like CC!

Cough Remedy

I've been coughing for days and it gets worst 2 nights ago. Bad until coughing while sleeping. Made me doesn't sleep well. Next day in office even worst...keep coughing until my colleague ask me go see doctor again. But I don't want see doctor as I finished whole bottle of cough syrup still the same. Never cure. Tried warm honey also cannot. Until yesterday got a friend told me a remedy to cure cough. She had same problem but more worse. It did help cure hers. So I just try. Went Chinese Medicines shop to get the ingredients. Only 3 things needed shown below. After boiled I took one cup. The night itself stopped coughing and I have better sleep. It really works. Next morning I drank another cup. Whole day in office not cough...may be still got 1 or 2 times. For those who got coughing problem can try it. At least it worked to me. Thank god. No need suffer.

罗汉果 (Loh Hon Gor) x 1.5，密枣 (Mat Jou) few pcs，沙参 (Sa Sum) RM2 (for 1 time boil which I did)
Just put a pot of water throw all inside and boil with big fire. until cooked then boil with small fire . You can add as much as water you needed if you think too sweet.

New BJ Slot in Y Fit

Start from this April month, I'll be doing Monday new allocated BJ class. Before the class starts it seems a lot of obstacles. First one of regular member is coming but will be late. Raymond suppose TT few tracks but he is sick today can't make it. And I don't expect will have member since it is new slot which usually people won't know about it. 10 mins before the class starts I am in the small studio. Waiting and waiting. Tapi no members come in. But when the clock at 8:15pm the members slowly walk in. Out of sudden many of them in total 15 :p. hehe more than my usual class in TF sometimes :D Unexpectedly leh. Some more except 2 regulars the rest never join body jam or never see them join my class before! Phew...a challenge. Gotta spend more time to do preview and teach the moves step by step. I did the class more than an hour. But happy to see most of them can do the moves. It's not bad leh. But I am super tired. Due to I'm still sick. Still coughing non stop especially while sleeping at night. Cause me not enough sleep and getting tired. sigh. I hate cough. It will never ending. Now trying to boil the remedy provided by a friend which said can cure long cough. Hopefully it works on me!

Another Birthday Party

Last night (Sunday) went for Denni's birthday party. It was a potluck party. The dress code was red also. Just like cny feels. Many of them...I don't know or long time no see. Most of them are from FF which I'm far apart from. However thanks to Will and Dennis for the invitations. I like the condo. It's new developed. Nice view nice environment. However way too expensive for me hehe.

Big Fat Japanese Food

Last Saturday, after class in Pavilion. Went over to Uptown to have hair cut. Meet Daphne there. She is doing her hair also. This round I changed my hair style a bit. I just let my hairstylist, Havin do it for me. Sit down and he start cutting liao. Never say anything haha. I like. Just let the him play with my hair. According to Daphne, this round my hairstyle like jelly fish style haha...2 layers...half top round shape like that...then bottom layered. But according to Harvin, it is not deep enough to see the shape clearly right now. Wait till next round I go again and to let him do deeper then only can see. Check my pic see if u see the difference? haha I don't think so la :pAfter cut hair, me and Dahpne decided to go for japanese food. And I heard my friends recommended Umai-ya at Uptown 37 (Next to IZZI). We were so hungry until ordered so many dishes. In the end both of us were too full! haha. But I satisfied with it. Thinking to have japanese food for some time since my last one. Nothing to say but just to tell I had super FULL and delicious Jap food from there. However a bit pricy la. May be we ordered ala-carte. Let you guys guess how much the total bill after seen the pics. hehe.

First served was Kani Unatama Maki (Soft Shell Crab, Tamago And Eel Wrap With Seaweed). This is delicious! I like it very much. Must try :D
Followed next was Hawaii Maguro Sushi (Tuna with Minced Mushroom). Something special. Not bad to me. Daphne said it tastes like beef.
Kaki Tofu Fried (Deep Fried Beancurd with Oyster Filling). I don't favour fried stuffs much but this tofu not bad. There are different types of tofu also...next round might try others.
Ebi Ninniku Yaki (Grilled Prawn with special sauce). Wah this prawn full with Ebi. I so like it. cos I like Ebi. hehe. Good also.
Negi Cheese (Deep Fried Chicken with Cheese And Spring Onion). Can you see it full of cheese? so sinful. again deep fried not my favour but it is still ok la. may be a bit salty. normal to me.
Sukiyaki. Recommended by friend. Myself also like sukiyaki. It tastes delicious. But I ordered chicken instead beef. Daphne don't eat beef. I believe if beef will be tastier. :D The soup sweet and taste light...just like it.
Tempura Mori (Tempura fried vege and seafood). Eh...I don't crazy for tempura one..but I think this one really taste good! The seafood and vege fresh. It is really good. One of the nicest tempura I tried.

Here you go...all the food we sapu. Until perut pun mau pecah! kakaka. But it really really taste delicious wor. Pricy but worth it. Can go again ;) Most of their dishes are good.

Via Community Gathering

Due to Cherlyn and Brian back to Malaysia for holiday (both of them migrated to UK for good). We had a gathering together a night before they leaving. On 21 March (Friday) and it's very last minute all said to meet up at Coffee Bean Mont Kiara which our usual gather place. I went over after class to meet all of them. It's been long long time no meet most of them and this round the group bigger. Happy to see Cherlyn and Brian again. They have no changed. Still same look like small little boy and girl hehehe. And happy to know that they are doing fine over there. Having good and easy life.

Via Community is a group of net friends know from internet and form a community among we know each other. I'm consider the latest join in the group but good that still able to keep in touch and close with these precious friends to me. Once a while we will have gathering and it's not bad. Hope it will keep in touch in this way for long. I only have 1 pic. The rest don't know where. But good to show. However Fanny was late and not in the pic. too bad. Hope in future will have a bigger group gathering.

Changed New Blog Address

My blog will still remain the same but changed the address and the name. Something happened which I don't want someone able to read it either knowing the address or search by my name. Temporary this is unable to be searched. Safe for now.

Conclusion is...I wrote my thoughts and reasons on something but end up interpreted it gave impact to a party. I don't understand. The entry just a short few sentences and I don't think it is what it said. Never mind, I do what I suppose to do. Future I won't talk regarding it.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Hate to change. Cos some of my friends reading it won't know about this new address anymore :( and unable to inform them. Let it be.

Not My Night

Tonight is My Fitness BodyJam launch. I was called up by the GXC to do the launch. It was quite some time ago. Then I promised to do it lor. Then the GXC said want 3 persons. OK then it's Simone's class so Simone is one of the launch team. Then Simone ask for Tina as well. So 3 of us will be doing it. But the pay is just 2 persons fees for 3 to share. I am about not to do it but thinking since never do the launch there so just do it for once la. Hope it will be the good one. Today I suppose got 2 classes and canceled it. Give up for more pay to get lesser pay job. Not a wise choice. But just gain the experience la. But it was not a good one lor. Here I want complain a bit.

It is really not a right day for the launch. It was a heavy rain day! Terrible traffic jam. I managed to be there early but due to some reason I was rushing to the gym also. Oh yeah..before enter to the parking...the stupid parking machine can't produce the parking card! Made me half body wet because of the stupid thing. OK fine...enter the parking then collect the card from the parking counter. The ppl there said have to pay the parking there when exit...cannot use auto machine. aiyoh. so mah fan. The gym and the parking counter both at different ends. In conclusion, I had to go one end and another end with short of time...rush here n there la.

Reached gym 7:25pm. See no body! The other 2 gals not there yet also. 1 stuck in very bad jam which can't make it. 1 almost reaching. I took my time to change and enter studio but still empty. I saw some members waiting outside. Prepared everything and ready to start the class. Once Simone reached then can start liao. She was late and almost 8pm only came in. The class suppose starts at 7:30pm lor. I saw some members came in but class cant start yet and they left. sigh. The class only managed to start at 8pm. I should have do the first half first while waiting Simone. But I didn't. Eventually it is not my class. At first the GXC said wanna cancel the class leh. She said not many members wor. I will not give a damn if cancel. Purposely cancel my class came for launch!

Class managed starts at 8pm. But the GXC said till 8:30pm cos got next class and said will do re-launch next week wor! wah...we just did half class only. so we don't care do extra 15 mins. Only no do last track. Ok la...the class consider fine. But not so happening. I think my usual class in Taipan better. kaka. But according to Simone the class consider quite a lot ppl. usually 12 average but tonite got 9 ppl. Simone said no need do re-launch. If want re-launch next week I will not come again.

Overall I feel it is not a success launch. Not many members may be due to heavy rain heavy traffic jam. And may be not enough promotion. Oh yeah...one more thing I want complain. My name not in the launch schedule! damn. said forgot wor. Really pissed with all these arrangement. lousy coordination. I don't think have next time. It's not a good evening for me.

hehe...I had my Baskin ice cream to make myself feel better and it was my dinner. hehe. lucky got it...yum yum. feel better now. Will take early rest...tired day for me. tired of blogging :p break record. keke.

My Gym Schedule

Start from April I will have total 7 classes per week, 5 BodyJam and 2 Cardio Wave. To someone might not many classes. But to me quite a lot already. However I want more but not BodyJam la. I prefer more BodyStep. Now I only have 1 day off which is on Sunday :( Gym life no life? But I willing and I like it. I enjoyed workout. Love what I'm doing. Can't imagine without it my life will be how bored? Nowadays I like to interact with members. Some of them are nice. My schedule so imbalance la. Too may Jam. but then I just cleared BodyStep so is hard to adjust also geh. slowly bah.

My Lunch

Just now went lunch with colleagues. They said duck rice mar...didn't know is going to Duck King. Really had full lunch leh. Many dishes. We went Duck King in Jaya One. First time go to Jaya One. Surprisingly it is huge place and nice environment. Many restaurants inside some more. Heard it has 30+ restaurants in there. nice nice hehe. next time can hang out there. near near :) See the pics what we had! aiyoh...my plan failed again ish ish...no more makan makan liao...kill me bah!
Oh yeah...today I am like just blogging hahaha. Suddenly got mood to blog what I wanted to sekali gus. so no mood work. I wan sleep ... the medicine make me drowsy. Not enough sleep! some more now raining even good weather. Looking forward for tonight BodyJam launch in My Fitness. First time doing the launch there.

Sinful Night

31st March (Monday)
I am on MC. Because I was having sore throat few days ago and fever. But then still not recover and get cough badly until I can't sleep. So decided to take a day off. Slept almost the whole day. But that night I still go for BodyStep Team Teach.

A night before me and Brian already talk about Baskin day hehe. Plan how to get it since we got class on Monday night. I suppose wanna get it in the afternoon but I was so lazy and sick so just stay at home. Decided to follow the gang (later reveal their names) go for BR Bangsar after class at 10pm. hiak.

We, Jason..Kelvan..Brian..Derek..GG..John and myself gather gather went Bangsar BR after dinner at Devi's. hiak. yoh...so many ppl queing...so crazieee...as if free ice cream like tat. We've waited quite long about 2o ppl ahead us. See how much we bought yeah...

Makan Makan

25 March (Tuesday) actually not a good mood day. Due to something happened on Monday and Tuesday affected. so out of sudden feel like having good meal treat myself after class. Since my class ended early. At first tot of joining Fanny and Julie for Japanese food...who knows by the time I finished class and shower they habis makan. duh. Lucky I got ask Kelvin joined. So end up only both of us go dinner la.

He brought me to one of his favourite place. Without his intro I didn't know there got such restaurant. It is a dai chou restaurant near Tin Hou Temple there. Quite out of the way. Only restaurant in there. Quite big the restaurant but the name call Siu Siu Restaurant (mean small small) haha.

The food not bad. The price also not expensive. Quite many ppl eat there. Our total bill for 3 dishes about RM54. With ginger steam fish, fried kai lan and kung pou chicken. The fish is nice. and big piece also. hehe. Had a full satisfied dinner. Guilty guilty.... Can go again and if u interested ask me the direction la. hehe

Class Marathon

Last Sunday 30 March suppose I registered for 10KM Running Marathon. But end up not go for that marathon but I have class marathon instead. Why? Don't know why out of sudden on that day require a lot class replacements. I think may be because Ching Ming day. Many go back home town. I gotta replace 3 classes on the day oh. First time 3 back to back classes. yoh...damn tired. Morning 11:45am in Taipan BodyJam TF, Afternoon 3pm BodyStep then 4:15pm BodyJam in Y fitness. haha didn't know how I finished all the classes. I was so worry for BodyStep class because it was my very first time teaching by my own and I haven't memorized the choreography 100%. Lucky the class few members and they know I will screw up :D. hehe now Y got regulars for BodyJam. They like to do current release. Sunday was just replacement but they came for my class. so nice of them. hehe. I so like Y members. They are nice.

I survived for the marathon! hiak. So no worry for next time...I believe I can do it! hehe

K Lunch

On 20 March is a holiday. So me and other high school friends arrange for a K Lunch @ 1U Neway. My friends started sing at 11am. But I was there only at 12 noon. hehe. I don't sing. Because having sore throat. so just went there for lunch only. :p After the K lunch I said need to work so we proceed to Starbucks. However I cannot work la...with them all around...so just chat, laugh...watever topic also can talk. One thing to complain, that Starbucks really hot! sweat when sitting there leh. haaha. BodyStep Clearance

On Monday 24 March 2008, I did the BodyStep clearance @ Jaya33 8pm. I was nervous the whole day and very bad mood. Can't focus. So worried I cant do well. Whole day can't work. So left office early. Reach Jaya33 early. Just take my time prepare and practice a little while. During practice so much chory salah. Damn nervous.

Before the class starts, no member....but slowly more. However alot new one! More challenge to me leh. Oh by the way...I was hungry (no lunch no dinner) before class. My energy nearly kaput towards end of the track! But I try to push push push. hehe. It was very challenge to teach new ppl do the step and I still have to maintain my high option for the clearance. phew...susah nye.

OK cut short and tell the result la. I've CLEARED for BodyStep! yes it's CLEARED. kakaka. at last it is done. Over. but another beginning. gotta start team teaching and do half of the class first. Then later only slowly pick up whole class. However so far no replacement yet. hehe. and my pair partner not ready yet. So it's time to balance up my schedule to think of do more bstep now if any class for me la. hehe. Crack head to learn BodyStep 71 liao. So far havent memorize all yet. hiak.

Bad Mood

Bad mood and emotional period now. Out of sudden I am angry out of some reasons. Have you guys had destructive thought? I have it now. My car having break problem and yet I have no time go and check it out. Leave it. I'm thinking what if it happened something bad and *boom* I'm just disappeared the next moment. What will it feels? Who cares? No one cares also. I need cares but I don't get it as expected...I'm not that lucky to have all these...fine. Used to it. So if I left no one notices.

OK enough drama. I should stay focus. On work and gym only. Tomorrow I'm going for BodyStep clearance. So I don't want anything affected it. I've put alot efforts on it and I don't wish to fail because of emotional. I will try to control it and hope I can. I need supports. The best thing I think I can do now is make self busy, think less, less pain.

Some Feeling

Tonight...I feel like crying...because I'm alone and out of sudden think too much. Also may be too tired. Whenever I'm alone I'll think extra. Sometimes when thing happened, I try to avoid to think about it...don't think not mean nothing happen but just try to make myself feel better. However just now got a sms from sis asking to go home tomorrow for mum's birthday steamboat lunch. It made me think of the sad thing again. Yeah...last week got to know from sis that Mum condition not doing good. The cancer spread else where. She had pain. So now sis bringing her to KL for chinese acupuncture every week. Now think of it feel sad and yet nothing I can do. So only thing is to go back celebrate with mum. Take more pics with her. Spend some time with her.

On the other hand...something made me angry. something bothering me. I wan to know the firm answer. I wan to act stupid already. I wan to cool down myself. I wan to leave it. Stop bothering.

BodyJam in Y

I have one Jam class in Y Fitness every Thursday 8:15pm. At first I take up to see whether I can do it and I never been there. Initially not many members in the class...and some even doesn't know what is the class they are joining!. And to me Klang is really far. Take one hour to go there and take half an hour to 45 mins to reach home. Every Thursday sure I'll home late one. Earlier on thought of giving up the class. But then the numbers in the class getting better. And can see some members able to follow. You will see progress there. And also see them enjoyed. Some times got funny members joined in and we had laugh n fun time also. I find that in Y no pressures. Because the numbers is not what they are seeing. I feel happy that having regulars. And members know my name. hehe.

Really thank to the launch also! Because of it some of them tried and wanna do the class. Just like last night new one to Jam class leh! The commented Jam was fun and wanna try again. hehe. Some of you might think Jam is easy but after the launch heard they commented Jam is tough! is so tiring! hehe. Do it then you will feel it :p..some member even said only 2 Jam in a week. So few...they can't do more often....GXC pls take note yoh ;)

I'm glad that called up for doing bodyjam launch in Y. It was so called my first time really do the launch although I did half of the class. Compare to previous one I did in TF was just one track or shadow only. This time taught half of the class. Before the launch I was so nervous. Worried a lot... forgot chory la...donno how to cue la etc. Although I'm confident with the chory but still first time doing it in the class for whole thing. Lucky got Tina with me. She started very good and bring up the atmosphere. Most important see those never do Jam joined in together and had fun. The members are so supportive, so hyper, and they rock! Made lots of noises and response. The whole class so hot hot hot until can't breathe. kakaka.

The new release in chory wise quite easy for us who is teaching. easy remember la. But in energy wise a challenge. It includes Hip Hop and House. Both are very very hype hype hype. To survive for whole thing not easy. So on the launch night most of them half way cant continue anymore. hehe. Left only few survivors together with me! hiak. Oh and also thank to GXM, Mel...GXC, Yili, ever rock Leonard and Raymond supports also! With them around the class even hotter. hehe. (pssstt...tell a secret...din know Yili really can dance one yoh...esp Hip Hop!) hehe. Aiyah Mel as usual fit and gorgeous creature can dance so well! kekeke

Tell u tell u...that Leonard so hyper until after launch still mau buat lagi. Requested Disco some more! wahh...we really siao together-gether...did the wholel entire disco routine!! Ish ish... but was fun. hehe. Made some members felt fun with BodyJam also. hiak. not bad.

JOey's Birthday

Date: 9 March 2008 (Sunday)
One of my good buddy's birthday. Block my time for the party. As usual few of us close one went to the place earlier for helping. But then end up do nothing and waited many hours (almost die from hunger) only can start our dinner! The food was ok. New Release

New quarter new release. Yes last saturday went for quarterly workshop again. So this round Bjam is 44 and Bstep is 71. And I did BVive 6 in the workshop also. Jam was good. this round the moves not too complicated but then need the feel especially the hip hop...must have drama part also. and the retro house need a lot energy. Love the songs...got Conga, Beyonce Get Me Bodied and the last song Everybody Everybody make you groove!

For BStep 71 this round add on a lot dance moves. more fun but more stamina needed also. sob sob. my weakness in step is stamina! looking forward for my clearance in bstep and hope can teach this 71 release. currently working hard to team teach...planning for clearance soon. btep 71 also got Get Me Bodied...haha too many beyonce songs. It has Tequila and Thriller as well. different!

Tomorrow will start the first tuitions...have to work it hard and practice practice practice. I'm worrying about the Jam launch in Y fitnes and My Fitness! not used to do launching.
