Quarterly Workshop

Went to instructor quarterly workshop today at KLCC. The gym is lousy. They don't provide us locker...so we have to put our bags around the studio. The studio is big enough but not a nice one. The gym management restricted us to other area of the gym. sucks. Most pissed off was the guy take care over there keep asking us keep quiet. What they think they are?

Talk about the workshop. It was great. I did BCombat, BStep and BJam only. Combat added new moves which is capoera movie. Not easy...I find that the new releases getting harder and harder especially to teach :(. Although Jam is fun for this release but very very hard to teach. It introduced Bollywood in it and it calls BollyJam. This time BJam has Hip Hop, BollyJam, Latin, Dance4Life (contemporary and disco feel). Just now watched the dvd and it was cool and rock! I like to watch it. However think about coaching is really hard and the techniques need time to drill down. Like most of the musics, Buttons by pussycat dools, Hips Don't Lie by Shakira, Boom Boom by Chayanne, Deja Vu by beyonce, Mesmerize, Sexy Back by justin timberlake, SOS by rihanna, London Bridge by Fergie and Dance4Life by DJ Tiesto....all are nice songs and good feel to dance...
